Learn hands on techniques for improved posture, reduced pain, reduced tension and increased energy and well-being. If you have ever wanted to learn how to muscle check, Touch for Health is the course for you! . We will learn to test 14 muscle pairs AND their associated meridians using 5 different techniques, learn the Emotional Stress Release and MORE!
Fee: $300-$275 with registration by Sept.10. Repeater fee is $150.

This Course is a hands-on opportunity to explore Brain Gym with the 26 basic movements/activities,"noticing" our state of being and what we need, doing the "balance process" and achieving goals. This is an experiential class with lots of movement. Participants will leave with many tools for daily living.
